I regret stopping at this location. The staff were fine, but the place just didn’t feel clean at all. There were crumbs on the tables, the floor was sticky, and the washroom was gross. After seeing all that, I couldn’t really enjoy my sandwich. I wish they kept up with the cleaning better because it made the whole visit disappointing.

I didn’t enjoy this at all. The bread was dry, like really dry, the meat had a weird taste to it, and the whole sandwich just had no flavor. No flavor at all. Disappointing...

I wanted to like it, and maybe my expectations were a little high because I’d been eyeing it for a while, but it just didn’t feel worth the price. I used it after making coffee and cleaning up the kitchen, so I was in a normal mood, not being overly picky or anything. It’s fine, but for what it costs, I expected more...

I ordered from Mr. Sub the bread immediately made me suspicious. It was dry, chewy, and tasted like it had been sitting around way longer than it should have, not like something freshly made.

The fillings were fine, I guess, but once the bread is that bad, the whole sub is kind of ruined. For what it cost, I expected better, and I’m not in a rush to order from there again...

I tried placing an order on mrsub.ca am I missing something with the payment process? My card kept getting declined even though I use it everywhere else without any issues, and the site didn’t really explain what was going wrong.
I ended up spending way too much time trying to pay for a basic sandwich order before just giving up. Maybe there’s some trick to it, but it really shouldn’t be this difficult. I don’t see myself using the site again.

I’ve tried using the Mr Sub app maybe 3 or 4 times now, and it’s been unreliable. It freezes, randomly logs me out, and one time my order looked like it went through but didn’t actually send. It’s frustrating because the whole point is to make ordering easier, but if you can’t trust it to work, it’s kind of useless.

I had a problem with my order, so I reached out hoping they’d actually help. The reply I got was generic, and nothing was really fixed in the end. It felt like they just wanted to close the complaint and move on. the whole thing seemed totally preventable if someone had just taken a bit of ownership. I won’t be ordering from mrsub.ca again.

I swear, every single time I order from here, they’re out of some basic topping or even the bread I wanted. Like, how does a sandwich place run out of sandwich stuff this often? I tried using a coupon from Mr. Sub at checkout and it just kept saying it was invalid, even though it hadn’t expired. The staff at the store couldn’t do anything about it either, so I ended up wasting time and paying full price anyway. Something as simple as using a coupon really shouldn’t be this much of a hassle

Umm, the menu just feels kind of boring now. It’s mostly the same basic subs, and I didn’t really see many new options. I checked a couple times hoping I missed something, but I ended up ordering from somewhere else...

I ordered from mrsub and somehow my sub showed up with the wrong bread and none of the extra sauce I asked for. The receipt had everything listed correctly, so it wasn’t my mistake. for the price, I expect the order to actually match what I paid for. Frustrating.

Been using the MR.SUB rewards for a while now, it just feels kind of pointless. Points take forever to build up, and sometimes they don’t even show up properly. Offers aren’t great either, barely feels like any savings after going there so many times. Asked the staff about it once, but they didn’t really seem to know much. Disappointing overall...
